How much does it cost?

Delivery is €3.95 including VAT.

How long does it take?

If the goods are in stock, we will ship same day for next day delivery. An Post collect from us at 4pm daily so order before 3 pm for the best chance of receiving your goods the following day.  Products that we don't or are out of stock will be ordered in but it does add extra time to deliveries. We provide delivery estimates on each product, the following is a breakdown of what those estimates mean:

  • Estimated delivery of 1-2 days, this product is in-stock and will ship same day for orders placed before 3 pm.
  • Estimated delivery of 2-3 days, this product is supplied to us locally which generally adds one extra day.
  • Estimated delivery of 3-4 days, this product will usually take 2 days to arrive into stock.
  • Estimated delivery of 4-5 days, this product is supplied to us from the UK, which usually adds two or three extra days.
  • Estimated delivery of 6-7 days, this product is supplied to us from the mainland Europe, which adds a minimum of four extra days.

A further little note about deliveries (But very important)

All our deliveries will require a signature. So please bear in mind if you are not at home during the day the goods will not be posted through the letter box. Always select an address, be it your workplace, a friend, a neighbour that can sign for the goods. Otherwise you may have to go to the nearest An Post sorting office to collect. Also if you fail to collect at your local sorting office in the specified time and the goods are returned to us you will have to pay a delivery charge of €4.99 for us to re package and return them to you. If you do not wish us to re-send the goods, we will deduct our initial delivery charge of €4.99 from your refund. Just letting you know in advance......

Need to make a change to your delivery?

The evening your order is dispatched, you should receive an email from An Post letting you know they have your delivery. In the body of this email you can choose to "manage your delivery". You can also manage all your An Post deliveries by signing up here.
