Change of Mind
You have the right under EU consumer law to return goods without reason or penalty within a 14 day cooling off period. Since this law is intended to protect both you as a consumer and us as a distance seller, there are some conditions/caveats to these rights.
All products we sell are guaranteed to work. If we deem a product to be faulty we will offer either a replacement, exchange or credit. In some circumstances, the manufacturer of the product will take charge of warranty repair or replacement in which case we may point you in the direction of the product manufacturer's support services.
Determining if a product is faulty or not can be difficult at a distance so please be patient with us. We might ask you to jump through a few hoops before we can make a determination - things like resetting printers or emailing photos of the product in question. In order to save time and to help us provide you with the best service we can, it is best for you to email us with as much information as you can and include any photos of the product that might help us.
Ordered the Wrong Product(s)?
Similar to if you had a change of mind, if you mistakenly order the incorrect product, we will accept returns but only if the outer packaging has never been opened and the goods are in a resaleable condition. Once we're happy that the goods are OK, we will offer exchange/credit.
You ordered ink but your printer has since broken?
We are happy to offer exchange/credit for goods that we are likely to sell again but only if it is within a reasonable time frame (a maximum of 3 months).
